Bottoms Clean?

I’ve always wondered how bottoms stay clean without douching. Of friend of a friend was telling us how he met some guy and they started talking and they fucked in a bathroom stall. I was just wondering how in the world do we fuck without douching. If I met someone random guy I wouldn’t be able to bottom because I know that I have to douche before hand. Even though I have a healthy diet and I’m taking fiber pills, I just can’t bottom without douching. Is it just me in general? Am I the poop issue? Do you guys bottom without douching or what’s up?
