Recommendations for your favorite tailor

Hey! I'm in need of a white button-up shirt. Most stores don't carry a size that I need, especially the arms tend to always be too short. Now I'm thinking of getting a shirt tailored. Any recommendations? It's kind of last minute (need it by Monday). And any idea how expensive it might be?
