Powering an ESP32 and 64x64 LED Matrix (noob)

Hiya folks, trying to figure out how to connect both an ESP32 development board and a 64x64 LED matrix to a single barrel jack or other, but I'm stumped. The LED matrix is powered by what looks like a 4 pin JST. I've got a 5v 4a power supply with a barrel jack so ideally the two would fit.

Does it make sense to have some kind of barrel screw terminal breakout where I can wire in two power and two ground wires and go from there? Seems dodgy to me though! Surely there's a proper way to do it. Thanks!
