abdominal pain problem. any ideas?

i’ve been experiencing abdominal pain in my right side radiating to my back, it’s slightly on the left side but not as bad. i’ve done urine tests no uti, nothing wrong with any of that. i’ve had a blood test indicating inflammation somewhere, and a couple other things were off as well. i also had a cat scan, all organs were good and no appendicitis. And a ultrasound everything was good with that too. they thought it had something to do with my bowel so I took different medicines to try and clear myself out,no relief. i’m starting antibiotics tomorrow to try and clear the infection wherever it’s at. any ideas?
