[Landlord-US-MA] Any tips for renting an apartment in the Fall/Winter months?

During the summer, we get many inquiries, but it's quite slow in the winter--almost no one is inquiring (same apartment would have gotten 3 to 7 inquiries a day in the summer). Agents aren't bringing in anyone either, even though we've lowered the price once. While the apartment isn't the cheapest, it's still on the affordable side compared to others. We've listed it on Zillow and Facebook Marketplace, but what else can we do to get more inquiries?
