Omega Seamaster Diver 300M Priced Too Cheap?

I'm in Asia and found an Omega Seamaster Diver 300M 210.92.44.20.01.001. This is the model with ceramic and titanium bezel that retails for $8900. I love this watch for the aesthetic, but also it wears so light. The one I found is at a watch store in a high-end mall. It's a 2022 version and barely looks like it has been used. My concern is the store is selling it for $4600. That's far cheaper than I've been able to find it anywhere online. For example, the average price on Chrono24 is closer to $6k for a watch with the same specs.

All that said, I want to pull the trigger because I love this watch more than the standard Seamaster 300M, but am concerned about why it's so cheap. This is my first Omega, so is there is something I'm missing or just wrong about in my post above? Seems like a great price for this particular model. Appreciate any thoughts before I make the purchase.
