life’s so fucking hard

im in the midst of a breakdown rn after getting in an argument with my boyfriend. i suck at communicating and its his biggest pet peeve. i feel “caught” whenever he brings it up and it triggers me so fucking bad i just cant help from spiraling and like ik it will be fine in the long term but i cant help feeling like shit. plus we live together in a tiny apt so its hard af to even get space 🙃🙃🙃
