Custom format

If you were to make your own custom format what would you want it to be like?

I personally would like a format bans all XYZ, pendulums and links to slow the game down and create a custom ban list to balance it to make weaker decks more viable and maybe limit one copy of a card per deck with the expect of cards that summon multiple copies like Ra disciple.
