TS vs TRS rule of thumb?

Just one of the things that always slips my mind in the heat of the moment is when I should grab TS vs TRS. I understand the whole balanced/unbalanced technical stuff behind why you'd use one or the other, it just takes a bit too much brain power to remember when there's a 2 minute change over and I've got 15 people demanding things from me all at the same time 😂

It'll obviously become second nature with more experience but for now does anyone have an easy to remember rule of thumb for when to use which?
