Blacking out on shrooms

So me and a friend of mine decided to take a 3g lemon tek each with a trip sitter (both of us had taken shrooms 3 times before).

About 30 minutes after us drinking the tek we both started tripping hard it was going great until I jus lied down and started watching this football show. I then don’t know what happened I completely blacked out and went on a rampage my friends said they also showed me a video and I was fucked. I then came back but not to reality I was just lying down and started visualizing, feeling, smelling, and hearing all these different deaths of my family, my friends family, my trip sitter and me. I’m not sure what happened when I blacked out or why because I’ve never heard anything else even somewhat similar happen to anyone.
