Asset that does not count towards "Power Limit"

Hi! Sorry of my question sounds dumb, but are there any liquid assets or special accounts that do not count for the "power test" on benefits like huurtoeslag and zorgtoeslag, amongst other things?

I can't find information on special accounts for people trying to save to purchase a starter home, for example.

On top of losing benefits we start getting taxed on those savings, even though you can't buy a house or even a brand new car with 30 thousand euros. 😬
