Controls for Xbox-Wont stay centered

Hey just downloaded today and having trouble with controls. Want to see about getting a control setup similar to the battlefield franchise. Left stick throttle and yaw and right stick pitch and roll is what I like. Idk what I messed up but the crosshair keeps going horizontally back and forth like 30°.

I don't like the basic setup as the roll is on the left, when roll is I believe incorporated into the stick. Though I've only flown the biplanes so far so maybe it's more similar to a two handed stick, though I'm not sure how those work irl.

Anyways, if someone could give some tips for fixing that, or to help with a controller setup it'd be much appreciated! The menu is a bit confusing lol.

(Also when do I get the modern planes or is it dlc)
