Is ECBP C923 really *that* good?

I've had my fake shafts of ECBP and every year there's like "this is the one to get" reviews and such. I began to think about some marketing gimmick going on here and this is the usual annual hype again.

So really, is this C923 really in like the top 3 of all ECBP in your opinion?

Haven't yet gone out to a bar to find out myself. Not real sure I'll invest in a bottle blindly.
