Guys keep talking to me (34F) about their dating lives/profiles

I have three men in my life who keep bringing up their dating lives to me and it feels a little bit like they’re into me? But then three guys can’t be into me at one time???

The first is a coworker 10 years my junior. He and I have become pretty close over the 10 months we’ve worked together. He brought up his dating life and started telling me how he was single again/going on dates. I’m pretty sure he’s just being nice/making conversation - maybe looking for advice from a female perspective - but I don’t want to be leading him on by being friendly back.

The second is another coworker who’s about ten years my senior - haha exact opposite - I actually saw him on Match (which I’m pretty sure means e saw me, right?) - I swiped left, but since then, he talks to me about being single and being annoyed he doesn’t have dates to events - or tells me about having a date to event (but then shows up solo or doesn’t come saying his date canceled) - I sometimes feel like he’s trying to make me jealous? And a coworker made a joke about us not getting sleep the night before because we were together (thanks 🙄 such an uncomfortable meeting)

The third is a long-distance friend my age who I went to visit recently. We were always “just friends” but then when I visited him, he parked and came into the airport to get me - then talked about how he was back on dating profiles after not dating for a while because he was broken hearted - we also talked about marriage/kids/what we’re looking for haha - I kinda like him as more than a friend and think he may like me back?

Guys 1&2 I don’t want to like me and I don’t want to lead them on - guy #3 I want to like me back, but he’s long distance (by about 2K miles or so)

So what do my fellow 30-somethings think? Men - do y’all talk to your female friends about your dating profiles?
