How do you define "physical"?

Hello everyone.

I don't have a satisfactory definition myself, and I'm curious about what everyone thinks.

Are atoms physical? Are electromagnetic fields? Are quantum fields?

What is the difference between physical and abstract existence? In what ways do abstract entities "exist"? What categories of existence are there?

I think these are all pretty important to the "physicalist vs anti-physicalist" discourse.
