If you want to waste your money on garbage, at least AIRE is a half decent lotto ticket choice

Bullish🐂

First day of listing (can’t even call it an IPO) it went from $20 to $500. I bought in a couple days ago in the $20s and freely admit I’m bagholding. But there are several signs I like despite the fact that the 4 million shares in the SEC filing could be dumped any time and hangs like a knife over my head.

  1. It’s tanked a lot but that tank has remained on very low volume. When HKD went up to $2,000 it went up there on a couple hundred thousand volume a day. A life changing pump like that happens ONLY on low volume stocks. As long as AIRE remains trading less than 100k a day, it has hope.

  2. Following up on that point. This morning when the stock was trading at $16, it immediately and out of nowhere showed a bid of $100 and the circuit breakers halted it. There’s no evidence of that on the charts as by the time it opened again it actually opened at $25 but you can see numerous comments from people on its Stocktwits board creaming themselves over the $100 and other insane bids before disappointment as reality of only $25 set in. If it can do it once, it can do it again. And if it does it pre-market there won’t be any halt.

  3. Cost to borrow is insane (up over 1,000%) and shares available to short are always nearly nil. Of course that’s under the expectation it will eventually tank, but I’m sure those shorts had a heart attack when seeing a $100 bid while halted.

I fully expect to lose money on this play but also think it has 5-10x or more upside. Pure lotto ticket. Only put in what you can afford. I have 200 shares which is $5,000 down the drain for me but I can afford it.
