Best size On3 Turbo for my application?

So I’m getting ready to build a 2001 Mustang GT 4.6 2v with your On3 Single Turbo kit. The car is going to have mild cams, 10:5:1 compression pistons, Coyote Gen 3 rods, E85, etc. Stick shift car. Stock PI Heads, Stock PI intake. 3.55 gears on a 28" tire.

The goal is around 600HP-650HP but no more than 700whp.

I’m looking at On3 turbo sizes & not sure which one to get. The car will ONLY be driven on the STREET and I plan to spin it up to 7000 RPMS. I’ll most likely shift around 6800RPMs but 7000 would be the absolute max.

I’m looking for a turbo that’ll keep spooling past 6000RPMs (while also not falling on its face) but also want quick spooling down low around 3000 RPMs or so.

Car will be street raced.
