Anyone having unexpected issues with a ryker’s CVT?

I purchased a 2019 Can-Am Ryker this summer and absolutely love it! After needing a knee replacement I haven’t felt comfortable riding a two wheel so the reverse 3 wheel has been a blessing. However, at the 7K mark my bike’s transmisssion, its CVT ate itself and requires a complete rebuild! As the CVT isn’t rated to even be Checked until 10K I’m concerned that there is an undisclosed design or manufacture issue. The dealership echos me that this is beyond the pale. They are even in conversations with BRP about this. Have other Ryker owners seen this?
