Best Poli Sci universities?

I'm applying for political science undergrad for law school and I'm thinking of applying to Uoft, UOttawa, Cartleon and York University. I'm wondering if western or Waterloo is better for political science and which has better co-op/interns? Also I wanted to know if the universities I choose are the best for political science and co-op/interns is a huge factor for me. (fyi going to Montreal is not an option due to tution).
