Blackrack's Volumetric Clouds mod issue with KSRSS Reborn

Thank you in advance for anyone willing to take the time to help me out here. I have recently begun to get into modding KSP1 and am looking to run KSRSS Reborn with Blackrack's volumetric clouds. I followed his patreon installation guide for KSRSS configs and it still looks like the attached picture in game. I haven't even tried to incorporate parallax 2 yet... any ideas anyone?
