Help Please!!

Hello everyone, I’ve been playing the Top-32 championships on CarX for a while now (on Xbox and Nintendo Switch, although the issue is on my Nintendo Switch) but recently I’ve been encountering an issue where after completing my qualifying runs and qualifying I cannot join the next race (for example “press A to join top 16” ) when I click to join it I get a loading circle that pops up for about a second and then nothing happens. I then cannot go any further in the championship and get disqualified from said championship, if anyone has a fix for this please let me know!
