What’s going on with ranked?

I hit plat a few times without really trying a few years back, but now I’m getting slammed in rookie lobbies and losing 50 Elo? I win with 3 kills and only get 200..? I know I’m not a good player, but hardstuck rookie seems wild to me… And if the entry cost is 50 in ranked, I can only imagine what the entry cost for plat is now… Does anyone know if The Finals has less grindy competitive mode?
