I want to live in a spooky town year-round, anyone else?

I am building my dream town in my mind for when I win a bajillion dollars or something.

Scene: a small town, surrounded by dense forest, ideally nestled in the fork of a small river.

Aesthetic: spooky, obviously. Imposing Victorian mansions painted in grays and blacks, small, witchy cottages, mushroom houses, and regular businesses with Halloween flair. Many of the buildings have haunted pasts, even if they are new builds.

Downtown:

• brewery (Booery, obviously)
• butcher
• baker
• candle maker
• apothecary
• hotel
• grocer
• costume shop
• restaurants

Other notes: there may be an occult shop just outside of town in a spooky grove of trees.
