DTA Micro Straight Question

In DTA the rolling rules for an enemy straight say to "keep exactly one of each 2, 3, 4, and 5 result" and to "only keep a 1 or 6 value if it is already part of a Small or Large Straight." If I am facing an enemy that has a roll objective of straights but one of their ability options is a micro straight, do I keep a 1 or 6 if it makes up the micro straight? Wasn't sure since the rulebook specifically says small or large straight.
