Palliative Dog Care

Hi all.

Like the title suggests, this is a post for my 4 year old aussie who got diagnosed with lymphoma yesterday. He likely won't make it to the end of the year. Anyway, I've seen a few posts and studies showing the positive impact that kratom can have for dogs with pain. My question is this: what methods/mediums would you all suggest for consumption? I'd like to do peanut butter but his cancer has him chronically dehydrated along with the steroids. He won't turn down some free peanut butter but I'd like to give it to him in something a little more moist if possible. At this point, I don't really care about giving him strictly foods that aren't too unhealthy for dogs. Literally whatever he wants at this point within reason, of course. Any other general tips would be appreciated as well.
