I need some less conventional advice on how to meet women

The usual generic things people say don't actually work in practice. Dating apps, I'm lucky to get a match and they ghost after the second line of text. As for bars, I don't drink, and even if I did those places are way too loud to talk to people, and majority aren't really looking to meet strangers there. You just stand out as the creepy guy alone. People say things like "join a class or a club" but bro what class or club. I have nothing like that around me here. I've tried meetups but they're so awkward and I just get ignored, I never meet anyone. And I don't know how to just ask out some random woman in the street.

I really need some kind of outside of the box way to meet someone. I'm so tired of being single and tired of hearing the same old advice that never works.
