Naturally expelled - no pain

At my 8w4d scan, the ultrasound found 7w4d with no heartbeat. My hcg measured only 17,000 range on Monday (9w) and I had been spotting for a week by then. My D&C is scheduled for this Sunday (9w6d) then I started bleeding more a couple days ago and expelled it out this morning.

I got up from bed and felt a gush of something. I ran to the washroom and when I looked carefully at what came out, it was the sac. The sac was transparent and I could see the fetus in it, almost exactly 1.2 cm like the ultrasound report read, resembling 7 week embryo pics I'd seen on apps

I had read from others' posts that it is very painful to pass naturally or to take a pill, so I had scheduled a D&C as soon as I could, but for me there was no cramping and no pain. Just want to share my experience that it wasn't as bad as I imagined!

I will still get checked to make sure there is no tissue remaining, but definitely feeling a bit of closure now. It was a joyful month of being pregnant, and hopeful for a successful one.
