Bouncing Stems With Bus Processing

I know this has been talked about plenty. Please don't rag on me. If you are sick of reading this, no need to respond.

Through my viewing of other posts, I've yet to come across a clear explanation. I apologize if I seem daft.

I am looking for the method of bouncing out stems so that once an artist/producer/engineer recompiles them in their daw, it sounds identical to the OG mix. Mix-buss processing, side-chaining and all.

I would love an EILI5 explanation or a linked video.
