Paul and Bradley

When Paul met Bradley in her dressing room towards the end of S03E09, how did he know all about Hal, Bradley’s coverup to protect him, and that Laura knew about it?

Did I miss something, or did he seem to know a lot of info that Bradley JUST revealed to Laura? Is he the one who hacked UBA? If he is, is he still in their phones? If a hacker got in once, they can get in again.
