Pam Fields appreciation thread
I know that she was a horrible and disgusting person to her daughter and Maya in season 1, but after she learned how homophobia hurt her daughter by seeing it first hand because Paige's father threw a tantrum and thinking Emily was getting special treatment because she was a lesbian, Pam apologized to both Maya and Emily for how she treated the both of them and has had tried many times throughout the series to make amends for how she behaved. She's the only parent in the show who progresses as a character and learns from their mistakes as a mother and a person. She's also the only mother of the Liars who knows how to parent their child and knows when to be their daughter's confidante.
