Joint checking with new person

Hey yall, question: Got married and looking at a joint checking. I’m going to get my now wife to create a navy federal account.

Is there a way to have separate log ins and be able to see the joint checking accounts but also have separate accounts not viewable by the other person? Wife and I want to combine all finances but give eachother an allotted amount each month for fun money (video games, gifts, hobbies) without stressing on what we’re spending money on. Thank you
