Only happen to me?

Guys, i can't believe what i went through today. we still needed a victory at rivals to take the prizes. out of 9 matches, i lost 9. I'm not the weakest player, believe me, not the best. in the past editions of fifa, we constantly scored 18 or 19 wins and always in the elite division. now i'm div 3 and i simply feel like the last noob, i didn't manage to win a match out of 9. I tried everything, advanced, tactical defending, different formations. what is the problem of this happening? no matter what i try, the opponent seems to be one step ahead of me and my r2 doesn't seem to work. does this happen to me only? Why is so hard to get a win?
