Can't click with pen sorta?

So I opened up osu and out of if nowhere I'm not able to click with my pen, I can't scroll through my maps. However, I can still move my cursor with it. Also if I go on the main screen of my pc, it constantly does the Grey lined box on windows if you left click then drag. I have open tablet drive btw. Also, if I try to play a map with it. My pen starts bugging out and I'll miss 1 out of 2 notes. I really don't know what's going on? Would it be clearer if I had images?
