There are two versions of my phone. Can I install a ROM on one that was made for the other?

I have a Blu R2 LTE 16GB version. Its custom Android build is BLU_R0170WW. The other version of the Blu R2 LTE is the 32GB version, build BLU_R0150EE. There's a version of Lineage OS that says it's for Blu R2 LTE R0150EE. Will it work if I install it on my phone?
