Queries from non-local network

I've been running pihole for a while, but recently turned on the DHCP server, and disabled my router DHCP, so I could leverage pihole for all devices, not just the one's hardcoded to use pihole for DNS.

Now I see these warnings in pihole diagnostics below. The comments in the doc link aren't clear to me what's causing these. Non-local network concerns me.
