3 of the church presidents were related to Joseph Smith (Joseph F Smith, George Albert Smith and Joseph Fielding Smith) but the smith name seems to have died out in the church. What happened?

Are any of the current apostles descendants of Joseph Smith? Or any of the seventy? Seems strange that 3 of the church presidents were related to him but after Joseph Fielding Smith passed away 51 years ago there hasnt been a single high profile “Smith” in the church. Did the internal politics of the church move away from the smith family?
