Pretty sure my TL over-assigns me tasks on purpose in order to get me to change my availability/stay later

On Wednesdays, I work 6 hours instead of 8 because I need to be home earlier for family reasons.

Well my TL asks me every Wednesday if I'll stay later, and gets annoyed when I say I can't.

They stopped asking me, but now they're over-assigning me tasks that I clearly cannot complete alone in 6 hours of working. Today, for example, I had to throw a 3200 piece truck, and then downstack both the mixed pallets off the GM truck, as well as the entire grocery truck alone. The 3200 piece truck took 3 hours, and there's 4 bigass mixed pallets on it. Grocery truck is a 1900 with 3 full grocery pallets on it.

Last time I got over-assigned tasks to do alone and didn't finish, I got "talked to" about my performance the following day. I know for a fact this is just a tactic my TL is doing to pressure me into staying later.

Of course, I don't have any proof other than speculation, and comparisons to how I'm scheduled on 8 hour shifts vs my 6.
