Sky UI stopped working need help to fix it

it’s taken me a really long time to get sky ui to ever work properly but I finally got it working today. in an effort to get another mod working, i deleted a mod that was a duplicate for a wrong version. Me deleting that mod somehow took away sky ui no matter what I do it won’t even stay enabled in my load order or let me sort it. I use vortex mod manager. I am really bad at this apparently. I’m losing my mind, I had it working, deleted a mod, and now it won’t work. I didn’t change SKSE I didn’t change anything else and the mod I took out was something that depended on sky ui and wasn’t working. So it doesn’t make sense to me why it would not work now. I’m stumped
