Advice on where to begin dating for marriage

dating advice

TL;DR : As a Catholic man looking to date someone for marriage, where do I start?

I am a male and 18 years of age currently going through Technical training for the Air Force and won't be back at my Air Guard base till next year. I plan on working full time in the Air Guard for as long as it takes to either get my bachelors (through online college) or find a civilian sector job that will pay more than the USAF currently pays me. While I am working I also want to start putting myself out there and search for a future wife.

I've only ever been in two relationships and they were both high school girlfriends that simply didn't work out due a severe lack of us not having any idea of what we wanted for the future, additionally, neither of them were Catholic, or Christian for that matter, so we lacked many of the same values/morals. I've now matured in the faith and in my goals and realized that I not only need a godly wife but also someone who can be a good mother, and of course, I myself will do my utmost to be a godly husband/father.

I also don't want to wait forever to get married, I'd want to be married by age 25 at the latest, preferably married by age 23 though. I know I've had some buddies of mine tell me that that's too early but I know multiple people out here at Tech school that are 25, 22, 21, 20, and even 17 that are either engaged or married! Another thing I suppose I should also mention is that I am not currently looking for any partners here at Tech school, I am solely waiting until I return back home to my Guard base. Just want some input early on so I can form a plan of attack once I finish training.

So I ask my fellow Catholics, as a Catholic man, or just a Catholic in general, looking to date someone for marriage, where do I start? Dating apps, mass, fellowship, bible study, etc., whats the best?
