Why are my heists in Payday 3 taking upwards of 3 minutes to load?

I have a decent PC and I'm able to load into almost any other game in about 30 seconds, but when I try joining a heist in Payday 3, it takes 2-3 minutes to load one heist, for every heist, even on the lowest graphics. This only happens for this one specific game, nothing else. Any advice?
