Sequence

I use telemedicine for my Rx. Started with Ro in June. Never met such terrible clinicians in my life...Some of them don't even respond and others don't read emails or when they do, they misinterpret or just answer some strange stuff. WOW.

And, then, based on recommendations from this subreddit, I went with Sequence. They're not much better: Really poor communication but at least they're polite. Sequence will take your money and be all cute yet they don't deliver services.

I wish I could get a refund...I din't get a Rx, even! OMG, I quit Ozempic because I just can't get people to RESPOND to help.

Any suggestions?
