Zwift support would not give technical answer why 7 speed with 135mm dropout spacing will not work on Hub One

Asked Zwift support five times for the technical reason why a 7 speed with 135mm dropout spacing would not work on Hub One…they would not answer and only said it would not and I needed to get the classic. I am interested in the Hub One but they just won’t give a technical answer and I am not getting a good feeling for Zwift support.
