Struggling to Actually Take the First Step

Me and my fiance have been looking for another woman to join us, but every time we meet a woman for it I get insecure and jealous. In private it really turns me on, but when we talk to another woman I start to feel so bad and insecure. How can I get more comfortable with things? Any advice?
