does anybody know how kottie formats her affirmations?

i believe i’ve been getting the most results from kottie’s subliminals, but i can’t find the stuff i wanna manifest on her channel :(

sooo, i wanna make my own subliminal, but i’m kind of worried that the way i format affirmations wont work as well... hence, the title.
