Cold weather clothing!

Does anybody have any recommendations on cold weather gear for our weims?! As we know their energy levels with the snow and cold coming I’d like to find something that may be a bit resistant to getting wet or from becoming drenched. I’ve considered the neoprene dog coats that I’ve seen dogs wear when retrieving birds but I believe they hold water. I can keep myself warm and Sadie loves the snow, we enjoy hiking year round and she can’t not have her ball time. I’ve not tried dog boots on her and don’t see that going well but a coat would be great. I have the Carhartt dog jacket but something that may cover her belly/chest would be better.
