How powerful are the Houthis?

I saw a 1:50 minute video of a military parade they had, and it seemed that they had A LOT of weaponry. I was really surprised to see they had ALL of this, especially since they're a group of rebels. So my question is, is this propaganda or do they really have all this in their arsenal?
