Used case advice

Hey guys, I was browsing my local used marketplace for itx stuff and found a Velka 5 for sale for $150. It looks in pretty good condition. Not sure of the rev. But it's definitely not the most current that was just released. I'm asking the community if you think that's a fair price and if not what would be? What would be a fair counter offer?
