PC not displaying anything when gpu installed

Everything which lights up lights up, the gpus rgb aswell, I tried to take the gpu out and then it boots fine. I put it in again and no display. Not from the gpu or motherboard

The vga light is shining white

I tried to out the gpu in the second pcie slot, and I also tried letting the pc run for 10 mins

Specs asus tuf B650 plus wifi Amd 7600x cpu Gigabyte Rtx3070ti

Any help massivly appreciated
