One time use

Hello. I am a 40/f. I was prescribed topamax for migraines. I took one 25mg sprinkle pill tonight. I feel very off. It hasn’t helped my migraine and the side effects are too much. Can I just stop taking it after one dose? Or will it still build up in my system and cause some withdrawals ? I’ve noticed from reading other threads that age does matter with these things as well. Just curious about others experiences.
