05 tail light bulb is out

The tail light that is always on when my lights are on seems to be out, but the light works when I break (according to the cop).

I've got an 05 4runner. Are all of the bulbs in the tail light the same? Would this bulb do the trick? I watched a video about replacing the bulb, and it seems like a simple fix. The videos just didn't specify what bulb to get.
